Below is my sales policy.

LIBERTY JUNCTION ANGORAS’ SALES POLICY

Terms of sale: I require a NON refundable 50% deposit to hold the rabbit of your choice as your commitment. We accept cash, check, money orders, and Paypal customers are responsible to add the 4% charge inflicted. No rabbit will change possession until payment is cleared. I reserve the right to terminate the sale at any point for any reason. That would be the only instance where the deposit would be refunded. Your animal will be put in hold for 7 days until such payment is received. If payment is not received within that time, I do not guarantee it’s availability as it will be returned to the active sale list. A rabbit isn’t “sold” until full payment is received. A full pedigree will accompany the sale unless the animal is sold as a pet/wooler.

Pick up and Delivery: The purchaser is responsible for picking up it’s rabbit within 2 weeks of the receipt of deposit. There will be a boarding fee of $3.00 per day thereafter. Delivery can be arranged to shows at no additional cost. Other delivery arrangements can be made at the rate of $25.00 per trip plus my cost for gas and additional expenses (ex. Tolls) to be estimated and received prior to the start of the trip. Should overnight accommodations be necessary, that would also be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping: I will in some circumstances ship rabbits within airline requirements. Any and all expenses would be the purchaser’s responsibility prior to it‘s departure. Due to the stress involved on the animal, I can only guarantee the health of the rabbit to the airport, but can NOT guarantee live delivery.

Health Commitment: My rabbits are free of illness and fully weaned (8+ weeks old) at the time of sale. I can not guarantee against illness once purchase is complete. I will provide pellets and instruction to help insure a smooth transition. Your husbandry choices will be the primary success of your new rabbit’s well being. I will not be responsible for any health related expenses incurred after you have taken possession. Health certificates can be arranged at the purchaser’s expense.

Quality: I strive for show quality animals. If for any reason the animal is sold as a pet/wooler, no pedigree will be provided. I do not sell culls. Each animal will be represented as it is and the purchaser is welcome to have a third party/ judge evaluate the rabbit prior to purchase.

Return Policy: In some instances, exchange or refunds may be granted at my discretion provided the rabbit is free of injury and in good health. If for any reason you are unable to care for a rabbit purchased from Liberty Junction, it can be returned with no refund or exchange.
